We guarantee that we will only deliver fresh caught, top quality fish, on ice. Most deliveries will take place the same day the fish are caught. Deliveries will be made on the date you request when you purchased the salmon. On rare occasions we may have to change your delivery date - such as emergency fishery closures, storms, etc that prevent us from fishing. In these cases you will be notified and other arrangements will be made.
